Media Plan Creation

The agent assembles the finished media plan, the deliverable the agency hands to its client, automatically once influencers are negotiated. Every row, every total, every version, without manual formatting.

The starting point

The media plan is the deliverable the client actually sees. Each row carries a creator's handle, platform, deliverable, expected views, price, CPM, usage rights, and posting window. Assembling it meant copying negotiated terms from conversations into the sheet, row by row, in exactly the right structure.

And plans never stay still. A creator drops out after approval, a rate changes between plan and signature, the client cuts budget mid-flight. Every change meant reworking rows, recomputing totals, and hoping the client was not still looking at the previous version.

It was the last manual step of an otherwise automated pipeline, and it regularly ate an afternoon before every client handoff.

How it works

  1. 01

Collects negotiated influencers and their agreed terms

  2. 02

Validates each row: price, deliverables, dates, usage rights

  3. 03

Fills the plan sheet in the exact structure the client expects

  4. 04

Builds the client-facing deck from the same data

  5. 05

Recalculates totals and blended CPM as deals close

  6. 06

Versions every plan and files it in the client's folder

  7. 07

Pings the team when a plan is ready for review

Edge cases it handles

A deal changes after the plan is built

The affected row updates, totals recompute, and the change is flagged so the team knows exactly what moved between versions instead of diffing sheets by eye.

A creator drops out after client approval

The row is marked, the freed budget is surfaced, and the plan re-versions cleanly so a replacement slots in without breaking the structure the client approved.

The numbers stop adding up

A CPM that no longer matches the deliverable, a missing usage-rights end date, or a total that breaches the budget gets flagged before the client ever sees it.

One creator, two campaigns, same window

Creators already planned in another campaign in the same period are flagged as exclusivity clashes before they end up in two client decks at once.

Mixed currencies in one plan

Creator fees in one currency and a client budget in another are converted at a rate fixed for the campaign, so totals stay comparable across every version.

What runs autonomously

The agent handles

  • Collecting negotiated influencers and terms
  • Filling the plan sheet in the agency's structure
  • Recomputing totals and CPMs as deals close
  • Versioning plans and filing them in Drive
  • Flagging rows where the numbers do not add up

The team keeps

  • Final review before the plan goes to the client
  • Deciding how freed budget gets reallocated

What it saves

The end of the pipeline that used to be assembled by hand is now generated. From qualified influencer to finished plan with no manual formatting.

The plan is ready when the deals are. Handing off to the client stops being a formatting task, and the afternoon before every handoff comes back.

Versioning stops being a risk. The client always sees the current numbers, and the team can say exactly what changed between v2 and v3 without opening either one.
